VISITOR ETIQUETTE FOR THE ULTIMATE EXPERIENCE¶

GENERAL CONDUCT

1. Be curious, but respect the exhibits: Our exhibits love attention, but treat them gently. Any one of them could be on the verge of a nervous breakdown - act like you’re holding a balloon next to a cactus.

2. No food or drink: Our exhibits are on a strict diet - no snacks allowed. Unlike gremlins, exhibits are not to be fed. Ever.

3. Take photos: Feel free to take photos and capture the fun!

4. Quiet, please: We love chatter and laughter, but keep it to a comfortable noise level - some of our exhibits are a little introverted.

SAFETY GUIDELINES

5. Follow directions: Our staff is trained in the ancient art of communicating with the exhibits. Their directions are your code for safe movement – ​​follow them and you’ll get through without a scratch.

6. Supervise children: Children are little explorers - keep them within reach. Safety first, fun second. Chaos never.

7. Emergency exits: Learn where the exits are as if you were preparing for the end of the world. If things get too exciting, calmly seek out our staff - they’re trained to handle mini-apocalypses.

INTERACTIVE EXPERIENCE

8. Participate respectfully: You might just get a chance to play rare games and consoles here - don’t be a joystick monopolist. Share the joy with others.

9. Share your discoveries: Flood social media with your VGHM experience and use the hashtags #VGHMhr #GamingMuseum. Because who wouldn’t want another photo of you and a legendary gaming relic?

10. Your opinion is important to us: Every word you say means something to us. Tell us what you found brilliant and what wasn’t - in person at the reception or online. We promise we’ll probably consider everything.
